We had mixed feelings about our stay. The spa facilities and gardens were stunning, offering a relaxing environment. However, the service and communication left much to be desired, especially regarding the pool availability and dining experiences. Despite the beautiful surroundings, the overall service did not live up to the luxury expectations we had.
